211 Feasilbility Analysis

For the Support Network and United Way, Applications undertook an analysis of the feasibility of introducing 211 service to Edmonton and the Capital Region. This analysis included a review of 211 services existing at the time, the potential cost of delivering the service locally and how the service could be funded. Particularly important to the success of this project was the identification of both technical and policy barriers to implementation that needed to be addressed by various stakeholders.
