Financial Forecasting

Applications has prepared financial forecasts for municipalities and provincial departments as well as for private sector and non-profit orgnaizations. This has included business case development for new facilities, programs and services including: museums, 211 service, employment programs, education programs and social services such as women's shelters.

Fiscal Impact Analysis

Applications is recognized as an expert in conducting fiscal impact analysis. Our work has been presented as 'expert witness' testimony before provincial and federal regulatory review boards for both private sector clients as well as provincial and municipal governments. This includes the evaluation of boundary adjustments and the affects of proposed developments.
