Alberta Health Budget Review

Applications assisted Alberta Health in the preparation of its budget for two consecutive years. This involved the review of region budget projections, business plans and operational plans. In consultation with Ministry staff, Applications conducted an analysis of the service delivery options and costs and policy implications of various service delivery and budget options. Recommendations regarding budget priorities and areas for potential cost savings were presented to senior administration, standing policy committee and priorities committee.
