Calgary Quarterly Economic and Labour Market Review

Since 2006 Applications has prepared a quarterly report for the Calgary regional office of Alberta Human Services on the economic factors that influence the Calgary region market. This includes global, national, provincial and local economic factors that can change the demand for workers and affect the available supply. Each quarter Applications has conducted a survey of employers in the Calgary region regarding their labour needs and shortages. Over the year this survey represents a significant proportion of all employment in the Calgary region by industry group. This report is used internally and external stakeholders.
