RockyView County Fiscal Impact Model

Rocky View County has faced significant pressures to accommodate various types of growth and development. To facilitate the complete review of the merits of these development proposals, the County purchased Applications’ Municipal Fiscal Impact Model. This model was customized to meet the specific requirements of the County to evaluate various types of residential and non-residential development and a range of servicing options. This model has been used by County staff to estimate the financial implications of growth and incorporated in an overall analysis of the other planning and development issues associated with each option.
